We do not offer refunds for certain products, however, if you are unsatisfied with your art purchase we may be able to offer an exchange for another item or something of higher value.
All return items must retain original packing and must be returned in original condition with no damage.
I highly recommend you post by recorded mail and retain the proof of postage as we can not be held responsible for items going missing in transit.
The return postage cost is at the buyer's expense.
